SummaryScoot is seeking an energetic, positive and dynamic individual to join the Cabin Crew Communications Team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering timely, concise & up to date information to cabin crew, enabling them to perform effectively & provide excellent service. Strong written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail, and passion for engaging with people are essential.
Job Description
• Collaborate with the Cabin Service Team on all matters related to cabin crew communications.
• Ensure timely, concise and accurate dissemination of information relevant to cabin crew operations.
• Plan, develop and implement intitatives and content to keep crew members informed. engaged, and aligned with organisational goals.
• Identify and utilise appropriate communication channels, IT systems and tools to faciliate effective information sharing & crew engagement.
• Analyse the effectiveness & communication strategies and engagement intiatives, & implement improvements based on insights and feedback.
• Maintain high standards in selection and quality of crew members participating in company events.
• Oversee and manage cabin crew recruitment process.
• Design and deliver culture orientation training for Foreign Hires.
• Maintain and manage all matters related to Inflight Announcements and Station Information.
